35-year old righty reliever Chin-hui Tsao has rejected an outright assignment to AAA from the Los Angeles Dodgers, so he will become a free agent this winter.  Tsao pitched in 2 games (0 starts) for the Dodgers last year and he was 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA and a 2.40 WHIP.  He also pitched in 17 games (0 starts) in AAA-ball for the Dodgers last year in which he was 1-1 with a 3.31 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP.  Tsao pitched in 28 games (0 starts) in his three years with the Dodgers and he was 1-3 with a 5.67 ERA and a 1.44 WHIP.  He has now pitched in 57 games (8 starts) in his first six years in the show and he is 5-6 with 4 saves, a 5.75 ERA and a 1.50 WHIP.  This is no loss for the Dodgers moving forward.
